Karen received her Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling at Texas Wesleyan University where she studied Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, and School Counseling. She specializes in crisis counseling especially patient with schizophrenia or psychosis. Karen has a background with sexual abuse, sex trafficking victims, trauma, and anxiety induced somatization like psychogenic non-epileptic seizures.
She is located in both McKinney and Sherman offices.
