The lasers used in LLLT are typically small (often handheld) units, and unlike surgical and aesthetic lasers, do not heat the targeted tissue. Instead, LLLT emits low levels of light, which then can ultimately help heal surrounding tissue.

This kind of laser doesn’t heat your body tissue, so you shouldn’t feel anything. When the zapped fat cells collapse, their content is naturally released as waste from your body, resulting in fat loss.

Vitamin B12 helps your body use fat and carbohydrates for energy and make new protein. It is also important for normal blood, cells, and nerves.

Most people get enough vitamin B12 in their diet, but a deficiency may occur in certain health conditions (e.g., poor nutrition, stomach/intestinal problems, infection, cancer). Serious vitamin B12 deficiency may result in anemia, stomach problems, and nerve damage.

Skinny Shots, or Lipotropic injections, are a mixture of B vitamins, amino acids, and lipotropic agents. They are used to help patients with generalized weight loss by boosting energy and metabolism and increasing removal of fat from the body.

The Skinny shot is a special formula of liver supporting nutrients that can help with energy, fat metabolism, and hormone balance, which are all key liver functions.
